1. ORDERS

To place an order, we need the following details :

 

  • Which set(s) you require

  • How you would like to receive your design set(s) i.e. emailed at no extra cost or posted (see postage & packing details)

  • In which one format (each extra format at £2.50 per collection)

  • Email with your requirements either via the contact form on website or email us at theembroideryemporium@gmail.com or doradee@live.com

  • We will then send you a Paypal invoice

POSTAGE

Postage and packing costs sent via trackable services for USB plus printed basic colour charts 

 

UK

1 USB £3.80

plus £0.35 for each subsequent USB

UK mail will be sent via First Class Signed For service and we will send you the tracking number.

Europe

1 USB £11.00

plus £2.00 for each subsequent USB

All European orders are sent Tracked Airmail and we will send you the Tracking number

Rest Of The World

1 USB £12.00

plus £2.00 for each subsequent USB

All USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan orders are sent Tracked Airmail and we will send you the Tracking number

 

If you prefer to have all design sets put onto one of our own especially embroidery machine USB stick Price £7.50

HELP &

ADVICE

As these designs are digital files there are no refunds unless the CD or USB stick is damaged or faulty on receipt.

PLEASE NOTE It is the buyer's responsibility to keep a check on what you order as any duplicate designs will NOT be refunded nor exchangeable.

It is also the buyer's responsible to know the capabilities of their machine as there are no refunds, exhanges or credits for design sets that your machine will not embroider.

With more than 120 years experience of embroidering between the 4 of us, we are more than happy to help customers with our combined knowledge & advice - you need only to ask!
